All American Literature classes will compose an Individual, Unique Declaration of Independence, modelled after the original. Your FINAL draft must include the first two paragraphs modelled after the original, with a list of at least 15 grievances using academic language. No late papers are accepted. No emailed papers are accepted. Your Final Draft is due when you arrive to class on the date of your Final Exam: Tuesday, December 12th.
In addition, you will also take a short exam which includes an in-class essay on Speech to the Virginia Convention or Sinners in The Hands of An angry God. Please be prepared and bring a copy of the text you would like to use to class.
