English Ten period 2 and 6 Agenda

Today, after continuing to work on your rough draft of your chapter 1, you will have the opportunity to view Slavery and The Making of America part 1   in order to help us understand: How Africans were systematically transformed from indentured servants into slaves based on their race. Do NOT watch the entire video today. Rather, spend 25 minutes on your narrative and 25 minutes of viewing, if you have your headphones. Take notes on information that is meaningful, scenes that stick with you, and even connections to the current assault on immigrants.
2. If the link does not work, continue reading The Narrative of Frederick Douglass. You may also listen to the audio to review for tomorrow's reading quiz on Chapters 3-6.
