1. Continue to study your 34 words of vocabulary from Act I of King Lear. 2. Re-read Act 1, scene i up to page 19 in purple King Lear Text. Please write 1 Fact; 1 Positive; 1 Negative; 1 piece of advice that you would give someone in the text; 1 question and create 1 prediction based on your reading, re-reading and understanding. 3. Keep working on your essays. Devote at least 30-40 minutes on it.

ERWC Period 1/ English 10 Period 3
1. All students should have a second rough draft on the Synthesis Essay based on the "Are Families Dangerous?"/ Jealousy Essay (period 3) Prompt. Your second draft can be handwritten or typed, but it must be no fewer than two to three pages or more typed/handwritten. The final draft should average between 1300-1500 words. Next week, we will have the chance to peer edit the essay. Please be prepared. Final drafts will be due next week, even if you have been absent, missed, or were not able to get your draft peer edited.
