ERWC Period 1 March 4

Dear Period 1 ERWC Students,
Immediately begin working on translating the three major speech acts of the Fool to King Lear. You need to: paraphrase the Fools humor and wit. What does he say when he begins, "Have more than thou owes't; speak less than thou know'st...etc? What does he mean with the egg metaphor? The snail metaphor? Your translation/summary should be at least 2-3 full paragraphs. Be ready to discuss and have a possible RQ on Monday!
