Students Entering 12th grade AP English Literature
All twelfth grade students taking twelfth grade AP English Literature will be assessed on the following literary terms within the first week of school:
Metaphor, Simile; Personification; Hyperbole
Oxymoron; Paradox, Irony; Sarcasm
Tone; Mood; Shift; Speaker; Audience; Purpose
Setting; Character; Point of View
Please review these literary terms over the summer. On the first day of class you will have an asssesment!
